I like the colour of the 50 € ... I have seen a 100€ yesterday (but it was not mine). I've never touched any 200€ or 500€.
The cash-machines only give me 10€ and 20€ bills...

I also voted for the 50 € note, it`s the most harmonic one in size and colour.

My favourite colour is the €200 ... the highest note I've had is €100 (which I think looks a bit dodgy!). The 10ers look best with the 20s, I think. On their own, they are so-so. Maybe that's me ...

Have never seen a 200 or 500. Of those smaller ones, 20 is the ugliest. 5 is not very cool either, but 10 (nice bright colour), 50 and especially 100 are nice. So I vote for 100.

The 200 is the less used. 229 millions of notes have been printed, though 3 674 millions of notes of 50 € have been printed.

I have never seen any 200 or 500.
