Comment about usage of EBT data

I was using a different computer today so I got a chance to see how new users are introduced to EBT. That's a very good story.

There's only one thing, something that may also interest other people. In step 8 of the welcome series, on the bottom there is a statement
We are in no way affiliated with the European Union, the European Central Bank, national central banks or other financial institutions. Using EBT is completely free.
I think it is also important to include a statement that EBT will not offer or disclose the data to third parties, except for the statistics on the site which are open to everyone.
So that people who may be scared that their note entering data or their entering habits could be used to analyze where people are or travel to, in detail.

Well, the note info is not actually kept secret so it's at least theoretically possible to track people's movements if someone really opens a big portion of the 77 million note data links. So it would be a promise that we cannot strictly keep at least in that sense you mentioned. If you enter note data, you should consider that other people will see it (except for the full serial number) - especially if it turns out to be a hit. It's actually quite easy to track travelling Finns by hits...
