We can organize a little unofficial pre-meeting, in Florence.

I will arrive at 17;33 by train, then I have to go to my hostel... and I will be ready for everything!
We can meet at 18;30 in "Piazza della Stazione" (Santa Maria Novella railway station square): it is a bus terminal, it has a big underground parking and trains get there. "Piazza della Stazione" is quite big, and there are many people, so I propose to meet in the South part of the square, exactly in 43°46'30,80"N 11°14'55,80"E, in front of the Tourist Information Office, close to Santa Maria Novella Church.

And then? I propose a pizza: I just asked to a friend of mine who studies in Florence for a pizzeria.

How many of you will be at the pre-meeting?

I'll be there. I'll have to drop off my car at the airport and I'll take the bus at 18:00, then I'm at the station at 18:20.

Is it possible to PM your mobile phone number in case I'm late?

So, I am going to reserve the pizzeria for about 15 people: if many of yours will arrive late, we can wait for them.
