A little story.

Hello trackers,

There is already a topic in which we have been talking about this issue, but I think it wasn't appropriately located. (it's currently on the statistics forum... :? ) that is why I am writing now here. (I think this is a more suittable place for the matter.)Anyway the fact is that, a user talked about the "EBT History" and that fact reminded me that I had written a tale about it, but I hadn't got it published.

Well, now I decided to publish it to make it reachable for everyone in the forum :D Now everyone can download the PDF eBook following this link:

sites.google.com/site/miscosasydemas

UPDATE: and now you also can get the real paper-based book! It is now available here or here.
In case you want the paper book, you'd have to pay the printing costs. (Sorry for that, but it is a small amount.)

It would be very very nice if you leave your comments here, so that I know how much you enjoyed it :P

Have fun with it!! :D

Nice to read - well but I am still wondering which :note-10: has been mentionned in this story... First thought of this one but it can't be if you read the book carefully 8)

Are you talking about the main character? I understand that it has been tracked quite a few times, probably more than four(*), so I don't think it appears in the EBT database (which is somewhat weird, isn't it? ;)).

* There are no :note-10:s among the quintuple hits in EBT.

Perhaps the story (I did not read it yet) should include a disclaimer like: "This is a work of fiction. All the characters and events portrayed in this novel are either products of the authors' imagination or are used fictitiously."

Well, I didn't ask him, but it might have been this one.

Or maybe not... who knows :P

BTW: I've got the paper-based book too.
So, if there's someone interested not only in the e-book but also in the "touchable stuff" with paper pages and so on, then send me a message!

Also: costs "at will" (+binding & shipping costs in this case). You may decide it is worth 0

Superb story.....

I always knew eurobills can tell a entertaining story. At last one of those bills finally found a way to tell us. I can imagine this bill is now retiring because of old age and severe use. I hope it will not be shredded soon. It simply deserves to be collected or shown in a frame on the wall for the rest of all time. These old bills are so much more interesting than the crisp uncirculated ones that are mostly collected.

Save our old bills!

Just asking.. What's this thing about a tenner in a Finnish ATM in 2002? They only had 20€ and 50€ banknotes!

Now there are a few private ATMs here and there that also dispense 10€ notes, but the ATMs owned by the banks only give out notes of 20€ and 50€.

For the parts I browsed the novel's anyway a very nice one :)

Ok, maybe it is unninteresting for most of you, but just in case...

From today, there is a Spanish version of the story available to be downloaded :D

I still preffer the original version in english. I dunno why I think it is more... Authentic

Anyway, just to let you all know. In case you're studying Spanish y ou may find it interesting, or, if you know a bit of the language and you want to test yourself, or... whatever reason: there it is :P

The link is the same: http://sites.google.com/site/miscosasydemas/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; (but see beneath)

UPDATE:

Now you also can get the real paper-based book 8) It is now available at http://www.bubok.es/libros/204403/Lost-in-a-Pocket

The only disadvantage is that you'd have to pay the printing costs. I hope you enjoy!

Hello again.

I just got a 40% off the costs of printing and binding here :D

Besides, you can use this "promotional code": FB16339319 to get even more discount (you have to introduce it at the end of the process).
The bad news is that you can use the promotional code only once, and it must be before the end of this month, but I hope it helps! :!:
