W-EBTM 2011 Vote for the date here!

Hello Everyone,
In this topic you can vote for the date for the Winter Meeting 2011. The options you can choose from are displayed above in the poll.
This poll will run until November 28th, Sunday evening. So there will be enough time to vote for a date that suit you best.
A midweek will be less expensive and banks in the area are open, the weekends are a little bit more expensive but it might be
more alive when there are more people staying in the hotel.
As I explained in my announcement for this winter meeting, the plans are to hold the meeting in Kalkar, Germany. At the moment the plan
is to stay at the hotel in Wunderland Kalkar. I can arrange a special price for every one,
wich will be something like €150,- for 3 nights, including food and drinks all day long. So that means no additional restaurants are needed,
except for the lunches. The plan is to visit the city of Nijmegen in the Netherlands (The oldest city in the Netherlands) and Burgers Zoo in
Arnhem, also located in the Netherlands. This zoo is quite unique because you can visit the dessert and Jungle here indoors where it is
quite warm
. Additional activities are also planned during the evenings in our hotel.
This is the plan as it is now, we can also chose to do it the "traditional" way, which means that everyone chooses their own hotel/hostel.
So please let us know what your opinion is in this topic. If most people would like to choose their own place to stay and price range, I will
do it the traditional way.
