Small bug

Post by wimpy »

Coiuld it be that the search on town of a colleague eurobilltracker in the same town is not working correctly. I think it's working on name instead of postal code.

I noticed when new members came in for my town :

2003-08-19. Juliane Sint-truiden Belgium
2003-08-15. knight-rider Sint-truiden Belgium
2003-08-14. juju Sint-truiden Belgium
2003-08-12. junglebilly Sint-truiden Belgium
2003-07-16. Cleddy007 Sint-truiden Belgium
2002-03-24. Billy the kid Sint-truiden Belgium
2002-03-01. MotionInSite Sint-truiden Belgium
2002-02-28. DiEana Sint-truiden Belgium

I can not see them in my personel town details  :

2003-08-07. Exprit St-truiden België
2003-06-10. cverstraete St-truiden België
2002-08-14. Ce St-truiden België
2002-07-02. wimpy St-Truiden België

Can this be coorected ?

thanks,

Wim.

It's not really a bug, it works the way it was designed. If the search was done by postal code, it wouldn't find the different postal codes within a single city. For example, there are about a hundred different postal codes found in Helsinki, and about twenty for Brussels. Most of the users you listed have a postal code of 3800, but not all, so it wouldn't have worked even in your example.
