Hello Everyone,

Here you can tell the world if you join the meeting or not. For the hotel reservations it is necessary to know it
about a month in advance so that everyone has a room. So the closing date for participation is around Sunday
February 13th 2011. The dates for the meeting are from March 11th until March 13th (Check-out from hotel is
March 14th)

If you want to join I would like to receive the following information by PM:

1.Names: (As shown on your passport or ID-Card)
2.The number of persons and how many rooms (Also what kind of rooms are wanted, 1 person, 2 persons etc.)
3. Address (Not necessary, but preferred by the hotel)
4. Passport or ID-card number.
5. How many night you will stay and on wich dates.

In case you want to be picked up from the airport or train station, you can PM me your flight number/train number
and the time of arrival.

Please sent me your details as soon as possible, the hotel wants to know how many rooms they need to reserve for us

Dutch people who are willing to play for taxi. I will put you on the list for now.
