i made this topic so you can look how the top 50 of europe is.
i'm gonna update this list every friday so you can look how the list is after that week.
I will insert how many notes are entered by user and if his position has been changed.

Maybe it is nice to add some statistics. Like how many users from each country are in the list. How many are (in)active. And for next week how many bills are inserted by the top 50.

Good luck Blueman! Good work! And it would be great if you can add some statistics to your list, but keep in mind: it takes a lot of time to update those things! My lists in the Dutch topic takes about an hour to update... You can see for yourself how much statistics I have there...

One question: I saw you've this user __/-^-\__ in your list. I think it has been proved he is fake, so for me you may take him out of the list... But of course it's your list, so you may decide!

i know that story about him...
i decide to let him in becease he isn't disabled by the webmasters etc..

Creating the Belgian stats takes between 5 and 10 minutes for me. If I'm really quick and don't make any mistakes I even manage to do it in less than 5 minutes.
To do this I use a spreadsheet (MS Excel in this case, but I could make it work with the OpenOffice.org spreadsheet too). I have one spreadsheet page where I copy and paste the 2 tables from EBT and parses them into one table (for copying).
On a second sheet I create the post-table using the new and previous parsed table. Only thing I need to check is that there are no users that started entering notes after being not seen after 30 days or vice versa.
