If it is a 5 or 10 euro bill must be M001A1.

In case of a 20 or 50 euro bill, both options are possible.
Serial number V00x.. or V01x.. = M001
Serial number V09x or V1x.. = M011

Its a 50 with V12x, so it must be M011!

Most likely it's a M011...
I got 5 shortcodes starting from M010... up to M014... for € 50's
You probably made a typo :(
