Luxembourg ?? No notes?

Just looking at the Diffusion section.
Luxembourg have entered no notes of their own and no other country has any Luxembourg notes.
I checked the printers but they don't seem to have one.
They have entered 4257 Bills and have 43 users.
Did they not make any note of their own? If they did what's their serial letter?
Just curious

The country-code of Luxembourg is the R.
But they didn't print any note with that country-code. So if you find you know for sure that it is fake!
