Strange small lines on the notes

I don't know if you had already noticed it: on behind of the banknotes :note-5: and :note-20: there are two small lines that they form a 90° angle, placed in a precise point that is the same one for every denonimation and different between dissimilar denominations. On notes of some States they are good marked, in others nearly invisible.

On :note-20: they're immediately over of the small map of the Carribbean French islands, grey-colored, while on :note-5: they are immediately to right of the first pylon base of the acqueduct, in the middle of the iridescent strip, yellow-colored.

I suppose that there are in other colors and positions also on the other denominations, but I don't see them.

On a :note-20:, I found them as well. They are greyish (?) lines, on the backside, just above the map of the faraway islands, formed like a backwards L. They are just below the rightmost white star.

I couldn't find them on the :note-5:.

I was able to find the light yellow corner on the five euro note on (well, close to) the explained location. It is next to the second-rightmost pylon, not the rightmost one.

I think they are some technical signs for the automatic cutting of the sheet into the printers.

In these scans you can see the signs in the :note-5:, :note-20: and :note-500::

I can confirm the lines in the :note-5:, :note-20: and :note-500: euro notes. I've taken a close look to the :note-10:, :note-50: and :note-100: ones but couldn't find any.

I did find, though, another ones in the front of the :note-500::

I don't have a :note-200: near at hand right now ;).

Could there be an upside down L hidden at this spot?
