Hit List Moderation

Hello all,
A special group of users can now moderate the hit list. Hopefully it will be spam free in a couple days
If you feel you should be a moderator, send me an email
If you feel one of your bill was moderated but shouldn't have, send me an email too !
There will be errors... I'm sure, but it's worth seeing how bills really travel, isn't it ?
