The ECB has just published its banknote production plan for 2011:

I think the new combinations of and the Portuguese haven't been seen yet.

For Germany: I've seen posts about new P/X and today E/X , so the unseen G/X still remain.

It's safe to say the JET ( ( ) ) are again from printer G.

I can confirm you the new German are pooling in Italy : a P016/X320 is in my hands right now in uncirculated conditions, and another one was given by presidente a few days ago near Bologna.
