I voted and gave highest points for everything, because I want the notes to have a worse condition. Destroying perfectly good banknotes and printing new ones to replace them is senseless waste of money!

I leaned towards transmitting the idea of "notes get worn very quickly" so hopefully new series of notes will be made more durable.
