Summer-EBTM 2012 in Munich: Vote the date!

So, the Sumer-EBTM 2012 (incl. Association meeting) will be in Germany, too - in Munich.
As already stated, the best time would be between mid-August and the start of the Oktoberfest on 22th September.
As two large congesses wil make hotel prices expensive on the weekends 25th/26th August and 15th/16th September, and we don't have a room for the Association meeting on 08th/09th September, we can provide the two weekends 18th/19th August and 01st/02nd September.
Up to now, a possible programme would be:
one day a boat trip on a bavarian lake (price should be around ~10-15EUR + ~5EUR going there by railway),
the other day some sightseeing through Munich,
perhaps on Friday afternoon and/or evening another thing to do.
So expect a programme from Friday afternoon to Sunday afternoon.
Poll is open until Monday 30th January.

I prefer 17-21 aug as the next option is too close to the end of Belgian summer holiday and that's a busy one.

A very close desicion...
You have decided, the Summer-EBTM 2012 in Munich will be
from Friday 17 to Sunday 19 August.
So now arrange your holidays, a schedule will follow later on.

For South-Bavaria-People the best weekend I see
Take me on the "Perhaps"-List. First I have to talk a lot with some people at work
The Holiday-List is closed since mid of december...

Although I'm too late for the poll: I prefer August 31st - Septebember 2nd. The first week is during school vacation in the Netherlands, so many peope will be on vacation with their family (as I will probably be).

Which weekend will it be? The poll ended equal. I still prefer the first weekend because I might be in Austria the week before.
