In this thread you will find the general information about the Winter EBT Meeting 2013 in Rouen .
The first message of this thread will be updated time by time, so it will be easier to found everything without looking across all the posts.

The W-EBTM will be held in the weekend of 9-10 February 2013; the main day will be Saturday 9th February, with the visit of the town and the social dinner.

Program
Saturday 9.2
12;00 AM. Meeting in the SNCF railway station Rouen Rive Droite.
Just after meet up we will have lunch in the Brasserie le Bandol (in front of the railway station) see Fees and Menus
14;15-16;30 Guided tour of the old town: the hystorical districts, the cathedral, the Aître Saint Maclou, the Old Market, some timber framing houses, the Gros Horloge (big clock)…
16;30-18;30 Pillage of ATMs (free time)
18;30 meeting together in the Big Ben pub, a quite nice pub just behind the Gros Horologe
20;00 Typical dinner in the restaurant La Courunne, 31 place du Vieux Marché see Fees and Menus
Sunday 10.2
Le marché sur le Clos st Marc, a market with some local products.

Fees
Lunch: 14,90 E /person
Guided tour: 130 E every 30 people (so if e.g. we will be 20 130/20 = 6,50 E/person ; if we will be 45 260/45 = 5,80 E/person ; etc...)
Big Ben pub: you pay what you order
Dinner: 35 E or 49 E /person, depending on the menu ( see menu)

Menu of the lunch
1 main course + 1 dessert + 1 drink = 14,90 E
Main courses (choose one) : pizza margherita, pizza camarat, pizza cardinale, andouillettes de Troyes, mediterranean salad, spaghetti bolognese, steak with pepper sauce.
Desserts (choose one) : crumble, white cheese, ice cream.
Drinks (choose one) : 1/2 L wine, 1/4 L beer , 1/4 L water

As you can see, there are a lot of connections

If you arrive in an airport in Paris you have to take the shuttle or the RER train until you are in the city center, from there you take the metro (=underground) line 3, 9, 12, 13 , 14 or E to Saint-Lazare.
Metro tickets can be bough in the automatic machines (Beware! Coins only!), in the press shops or in the RATP offices.

The meeting big step approach, and thank you for your participation!

Already some of you tomorrow borrow transport to reach Rouen, and be careful to wear something warm.

I've already spent and received some notes in Rouen .............

For those who are looking for the zip code of Rouen. Please use either 76000 (right side of the Seine river) or 76100 (left side of the Seine river). It is recommended to get bills for the two sides in order to get two dots

Because there are some new entries in the database for Rouen every hour since today (hard time for city managers)

And for the people arrived in Paris, the Gare Saint Lazaire (trains for Rouen - Le Havre) is 75009
