Help

Just been to the bank and I was given 2 mint, (Yes, mint) 100's, one P/Y000 and one G/Y001, both Duisenberg and I am going to KEEP ONE of those
The question is:
WHICH ONE is the RAREST so I will keep it?

Any idea regarding production figures etc.?
