Well, um, it's not on the web page yet. Here's what it's supposed to be:

Sending a prepared list
How must the structured text look like?

One line per note, each line containing denomination (value), year, short code, serial and comment, in that order. For example, try inserting the following three lines into the textarea:

10 2002 r00514 v08886111509 freshly printed
20 2002 poo4f3 x04878598249 creased
5 2002 soo4fh n00234588277 stained

Delimiters between the text items can be one or more of the following characters: space, comma, hyphen, tab or semicolon.

Another great thing about this is that you can even enter just one bill.

Since the advanced form works fine I haven’t used the 'simple form' anymore.

I also enter notes from other people who enter the data in a spreadsheet. This makes thing a lot easier (and less work).

BTW,
Is as a delimiter is only ONE space allowed or are are more spaces oke??
And is a remark optional??

Remark is optional, and there can be one or more delimiters between the fields, it'll just skip the extra delimiters. So having two or more spaces (or some other delimiters) between the fields won't cause any problems.
