Welcome :) Lithuania is now included on EBT's list of Eurozone countries. If the flag of Lithuania is not visible in the country dropdown lists (like it does for other Eurozone countries), try reloading the page or clear your browser's cache.

I just entered some notes that I got from ATM in my town in the first hours of the new year :)

All 20€ notes - This is a 20 Euro note from 2002. The printer code is Exxxxx.
This means that the note was printed at F. C. Oberthur (France - Chantepie) for Germany

And all 5€ - This is a 5 Euro note from 2013. The printer code is Vxxxxx.
This means that the note was printed at Fabrica Nacional de Moneda y Timbre (Spain - Madrid).
