How do you know you have a hit?

Post by Mr. T »

I was just wondering...

I've entered about 185 bills right now, but how do I know if some of my first entered bills haven't been put in by another user? I mean, I'm not planning on checking through my entire list of bills if they're little marks next to some if my bills...

Do you receive a mail or something? :?: I'd really love to know.

You get an email when you've got a hit.
Besides, I don't think going through the list is a problem with 185 bills.
If I were de-jo, with his 7740 bills, then it would be a problem.
May the Euro be with you.

Actually, it isn't. As you have noticed the notes are order by date (or anything else you want, once you click on the table header)
but
bills with hits get listed at the top no matter what (in the same order as selected) and have a little asterisk to the right of the line

Could someone copy/cut the mail we get... I've never got any!

BTW, is there a mail sent to the tracker who registered the bill again?

Isn't de-jo having 25120 bills? Or is this another de-jo?

I had an email when I got my first hit (when my note was found). But what happens if I hit someone? Does the EBT notify me about it right away when I have entered the bill or do I get an email about it afterwards? :?

You'll see it immidiately. You won't get an email afterwards. That's only if someone enters one of your registered bills.

Didn't you ask this already? See it here.

Oh yes!
Is getting a hit an obsession?

Could we translate this e-mail into Babel? It would be more pleasant to get this e-mail in our own language, wouldn't it?

It is, as long as you don't have a hit for a long time (or no hit at all!).
Because you live in Canada, the chance for you to get a hit is very small,
but when you get a hit, I think you'll be very euphoric. I was already
euphoric when I had a hit from Leiden to Antwerpen, so having a hit from
Canada to Europe will be even more!

You should visit Leiden, not just because it is a nice city, but also to in-
crease the chance for you to get a hit!
