Senior Ruby on Rails engineer needed

A friend of mine is developing a (great!) website. She's at the final stage and at the moment she needs to hire a Senior Ruby on Rails engineer.
I thought of looking for him/her here because there are a lot of developers on EBT. Of course, if anyone feels it's not appropriated to do it here, I will gladly remove this "ad".
