maintain the "Software & Tools" section

Hello,
would it be possible to update the "Software & Tools" section?
For example:
In my opinion nigmm link should be added (http://nigmm.github.io/nigmm/).
EBTST (https://dserrano5.es/ebt/ebtst/) and the the list of all eurobills (http://liste.eurobillets.free.fr/) is missing too.
What do you think?

For example:
NIG is not maintained since 5 years. So it might be frustraiting for new users if it don't work as expected. Maybe this could be moved to an "outdated software" section.Note Info Generator (NIG) by Bobtail
More statistics are almost impossible to create, yet Bobtail comes up with new ideas all the time. A must-have for every tracker!
