Just one last question
By "charge 1" you mean the first numbering of printer? e.g. U001, N001 etc?
Hello djapal,
No, it depends on the structure of the serial number, regarding to each printer and to each value...
For examples - only with ES2-notes :
a)

Z/Z

structure of the serial number = ZXppccnnnnnc
X = second letter (A - B - D in this case)
pp = position of the note on the sheet (from 00 to 59 in this case - always linked to the last two characters into the printer code)
cc = charge / groupe number
nnnnn = number of the sheet in the charge / groupe (from 00000 to 99999 in this case)
c = control number

Each charge represents a group of 100.000 sheets (x 60 notes / sheet = 6.000.000 notes in each charge)
b)

E/E

structure of the serial number = EXppppnnnnnc
X = second letter (A - B in this case)
pppp = position of the note on the sheet (in this case you have a groupe of notes from 0000 to 0053 for groupe / charge 1 for example - always linked to the last two characters into the printer code)
nnnnn = number of the sheet in the groupe (from 00000 to 99999 in this case)
c = control number

Each charge represents a group of 100.000 sheets (x 54 notes / sheet = 5.400.000 notes in each charge)
c)

U/U

structure of the serial number = UXpccnnnnnnc
X = second letter (A to F for first notes in this case)
Xp = position of the note on the sheet (from A0 to F3 in this case - always linked to the last two characters into the printer code)
cc = charge / groupe number
nnnnnn = number of the sheet in the charge / groupe (from 000000 to 999999 in this case)
c = control number

Each charge represents a group of 1.000.000 sheets (x 54 notes / sheet = 54.000.000 notes in each charge)
