Print or Circulation date for notes

Hi,
I was wondering if there is any way to tell when a Euro note has been printed (month/year) based on the serial number or any other markings on the notes?
Or when the notes started to come into circulation.

I also have had that question for quite some years, and I may have a partial answer, but I would also love to know if there's any answer to your question that is more thorough than mine.
