Although Croatian starter kits have been on sale since December, I have not news of any Croatian coins being used before 2023 in other states.

It was "illegal" to use the Croatian coins before the 1st because it wasn't legal tender in Croatia. So theoretically you should have been fined (1000 € I think) if you used it in another country.

I GASPED last thursday when I got this shiny new €1 coin from one of my faculty's vending machines as change. I thought I was doomed to wait for a long time before I could get my hands on one of them since Spain is not that close to Croatia... The design on the back is very beautiful, I like it a lot.

On Wednesday I attended a pub quiz with some friends of mine.
When paying the drinks we had for the evening, one of them wanted to pay with a 50 cent coin which I then exchanged . They all know about EBT anyway (I may kindly note all serial numbers they have in their wallet when we meet) so they didn't bother about it

I recently made a trip to Italy, Slovenia and Croatia. I recieved my first Croatian coin (1€) in Ljubljana, and my last one (2€) in Trieste, Italy. Not very impressive as they're so close to Croatia, but I liked to find them anyway

I've just found a 20c Tesla in Italy. In Riviera Romagnola, coastline just in front of Dalmatian coastline.
