Dutch ways to get notes(NL)

Hey Dutch guys,
I was wondering how you guys get so many bills to track. Is there a way to exchange bills for other bills that i dont know about? Is there a way to only get 5 euro bills from ATM's etc.
Would love some tips on how to get a lot of small bills.

From what I know most big trackers have a list of friends / contacts which allow them to swap or register notes.
Be it a café, a shop, fuel station or sports club, having a list of people who "supply" you with notes helps.

In the Netherlands it is no longer possible to go to the banks and change money, as they no longer have cash registers. Your only chance will be to use the Geldmaat ATM's. You can go to
https://locatiewijzer.geldmaat.nl/en/, click the "Can't find ATM?" button and tick the "Withdrawal notes" and "5 euro-notes". Now the map will show all ATM's with
in them. You can also check the opening hours (yes, the ATM's shut down at night) and if they are available or out of order.

God. How I would LOOOOOOOVE to have the same here in France. There's no way to know where there are changes machine available (except by stumbling on them), whether they are in working order or whether they still have some
available.
So there were times I had to successively visit five or six of them (that I had previously found by happenstance) in one single day to get my daily fix of three hundreds
bills...
