[Request] Changes regarding Ukrainian flags + place names on EBT

Hi! A Ukrainian friend (Sviatoslav) and I have noticed the following things on the EBT website with regards to Ukraine:

1. Kiev (including the provinces of Kiev City and Kiev Oblast) should be written as Kyiv (resp. Kyiv City, Kyiv Oblast) in English. Additionally, Odessa (including the province of Odessa Oblast) should be written as Odesa (resp. Odesa Oblast)

These spellings have been used by numerous other official sources and government bodies (ex. UK Foreign Ministry, Wikipedia, Merriam-Webster Dictionary, to name a few). These spelling changes were introduced following a long campaign from the Ukrainian Foreign Ministry to use the Ukrainian-derived city names in English, instead of the Russian-derived city names. I agree that this change would be small, but it would nonetheless be inclusive to the few Ukrainian EBTers active on the site.

2. The flag of Ukraine on EBT uses the old colours of the flag, which were changed in 2006: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Flag_of_Ukraine The official colours are slightly darker.

Would it be possible to change these location names + the flag on the website?

I've changed the names of Kyiv and Odesa, but I can't change the flag. Maybe someone else is able to do this.
