This here looks quite similar
It's the Imperial Palace at Beijing.

You had to click on satillite and i got the image to see. I have now Reno, Nevada on my PC and i looks very wellknown.

The Arc the Triump is Buckingham Palace. There is no lake in the middle of Paris. Not on that location anyway.
