Can not the change username (HELP!)

Damn 
I made a mistake when creating my username
Captain_Morgan@Family
It should have been Captain_Morgan&Family
Now, when i'm trying to change @ to & in my profile,
nothing happens, the @ just stays there
Webmaster, can you help, please ?
