hey, i saw this on another forum, and i think it is nice.
The rules:
Someone says a sentence/word/whatever he/she wants to be translated into another language. Then the next one translates that sentence into his/her native language, and says another sentence. For example.

User 1: This is just an example.

User 2: Dit is slechts een voorbeeld
Next: What shall I say?

User 3: Was soll ich sagen?
Next:

etc, etc

@ the people who speak English as a native language, for them is this game some less interesting, cause they typ the half just over. But they can still participate if they want, but that is only a shame for the one which is above them, cause their translation has just been the same then

Les traductions ne sont pas toujours ce qu'elles doivent être !


note : just to put it right : the first sentence is the translation into the mother tongue of the poster ; and the second sentence is a sentence also in the mother tongue of the poster...

Übersetzungen sind nicht immer das was sie sein sollten.

Es ist eine gute Idee, wenn der nächste Satz auch immer in der Sprache des Users ist.

hm isn't it better just let the 2nd phrase in english?? i mean, not everybody speaks French or German here..and that are then the common languages..but what about Czech or something, then nobody knows what to say at the next post

Cause the meaning of this game is actually to let a sentence be translated in a language from which you don't know which it will be.
And when the second sentence is english, then everybody understands!
