14.89 billion euro banknotes have been produced;
10 billion were needed to replace the national banknotes in circulation
and nearly 5 billion are to be held in reserve.(From EUROPEAN CENTRAL BANK)

As far as I know, 33.38 billion notes were produced, included already destroyed notes. So we have entered 0,054997% of all existed and existing notes. 10.24 billion notes are circulating at the moment.
