A problem with ä's and ö's

Don't know if somebody else has this problem, but I do.

So, when I enter a bill to EBT via mobile phone EBT doesn't recognise ä's and ö's. I have entered several bills from town called Säkylä in Finland, but it only shows Skyl, instead of Säkylä.

This problem might occur also with other letters not found in English alphabet (ü and å for example).

Well, to be true, I experienced this last week. When I was on holiday in Germany, I entered bills from Königswinter and Brodenbach by WAP with my cellphone. The notes from Königswinter appear as entered in Knigswinter...In Brodenbach I received 3 notes on a boat, called MS. Goldstück.I commented the boat's name as such, but they show up as: MS Goldst?d> or :MS Goldst?P)

What's worse, EBT tool doesn't recognise these notes from the MS Goldstück,so now I wait for Nerzhul to re-arrange this

I sent him an E-mail concerning this matter.

EDIT:Never received an answer though

I've still kept the E-mail...
