When will a bill be printed with the number 9999999999, and which country will it be from, so to say the 'last' bill if the serial numbers won't be changed in the near future?
I predict:
In 2014 a german

will be X9999999999.

That's a very big
if, I'd say the serial number system will most certainly be changed before we reach all nines. Besides, not all countries assign the numbers sequentially. Belgian Z 500e notes, for example, tend to start with Z9.

My prediction of the X9999999999-note is
NEVER.
Because this number will be invalid (the highest possible number of the "X" is X99999999992).

right, a serial number is 12 characters long, so you have to add the checksum digit

(that's not the problem)

My "highest" note is M9085...
