EBTM07: Sunday

Post by grob-e »

Finally,

here is the programme for sunday, the 19th August.

At 10:00 we will meet for a little brunch at the restaurant "Route66", located Emser Str./Ecke Pariser Str.. The buffet will be at 7,-- Euro, "all-you can eat". (There is no obligation to have a brunch). Drinks will cost extra. About 12:00 we will go to S-bahnhof Savignyplatz, and take the train to Potsdam, where we, depending on the time, take a little walk through Potsdam to Schloß Sanssouci (or take the bus if we're a little late).

At Sanssouci we will have to meet at 13:30 at the "Besucherzentrum" near to the old mill, because at 13:45 we will have a guided tour through the castle and park. This tour will take about two hours, and , depending on how many we are, cost about 10-12 Euros. After the tour (about 15:45) the official part of the meeting will be over.

I hope you will enjoy the trip...
Grobi.

I won't be attending the brunch, but I'll join the group for the trip to Potsdam. I'll make sure to be at the correct platform of the Savignyplatz S-Bahn station at around 11:45, so I can join the group there.

I suppose Savignyplatz is the easiest way to travel to "Route 66" ?
Jelle zonder internet. Het was een leuke hobby, maar niet mijn hobby. Een leven zonder internet is mijn ding. Een leven van geld uitgeven in plaats van tracken zeg maar.... hahaha. Ja, er mag gelachen worden.

Yes I think almost...just follow the "Bleibtreustr." to the South, even though it's a bit far away...I think about 10 minutes to walk. For myself I mostly use Spichernstr. but that might be a bit harder to find the restaurant.

Hello everybody!

I just arrived back home to Vienna.
Once more I want to say "thank you" for organizing as well as attending this great experience. I'm very happy that I could have been part of EBTM:07.

For all those, that I didn't have the chance to say "good bye" personally let these lines do it instead. I hope to see all of you - and even more - again soon.

Burky

P.S. Mind your heads, "2 low bridge ahead"!

I only can agree with you.

It was nice to meet some known EBT-ers and some new faces (allthough I have seen one of them at another place: newspapers etc. ).

P.S.: It will take a while, before my pictures will be shown at the gallery: I´ll be home 2nd September, so I can e-mail them to contact@eurobilltracker.com after than.
