My language is funny. In Portuguese there's not only one but two African capitals starting with letter Q. Also, one capital starting with letter U, and another one starting with V:
Quinxassa = Kinshasa, Democratic Republic of the Congo
Quigali = Kigali, Rwanda
Uagadugu = Ouagadougou, Burkina Faso
Vinduque = Windhoek, Namibia

But, since I believe there's no U nor V capitals in English, I'm using the last one for the W:
