The date for the Summer EBTM09-Vienna is set: it's 20.-23.8. Plan your holidays accordingly. In this thread you can tell us if you are joining or tell the world that you can't make it.

It's important for the organisers to know the approximate number of participators, so please tell us if you join all the weekend or just a part of it. Please post this in this thread!

Be aware that there will be an extra application for this meeting, where you can opt for all points of the agenda to take part or not.

Registration is over. Deadline for registering was August 2nd 2009!. If you have changes in the duration of your stay please inform me by PM.

If you want to take part in the tour on Thursday to the Austrian National Bank please provide your real name as soon as possible but not later than until August 14th to me!!

If you are coming with non-EBT-members please include them in your post.
If you are a minor (below 18 years), tell us which adult will be guiding you with parental approval. Minors without guidance are not allowed.
If not stated otherwise in your posting, i assume you will be here all days at the meeting.

Friday: still hopeful too but my boss hasn't given her permission yet to have even one day off.

I think we will leave home on Wednesday. But there is so much to see and do that I think we will arrive Vienna on Saturday morning and leave on Sunday evening. Not sure, nothing booked yet.
