the serial is N**08*******
Yes, I thought so, mine are N**06 and 07, which usually are F004s, and at the time I noticed nothing unusual, so they're very probably typos... Ah well, send some my way!
all notes printed after 2001 are called "pooling notes", so yes, they are pooling notes. Pooling notes are produced in one country and sent to any country, also possibly to the same country.
