Somewhere on the ECB-site (or related to it) there was a list of countries with the banknotes they were going to print.

But that site isn't updated continuously - when I send a scan there, the reply even mentions that either he's waiting for more new plates before an update, or gives a rough date for one. So really new plates don't necessesarily show up instantly there.
