Is it a shortened URL? is the scribbling by Moise himself? if not, was it a hit?

Oh, I didn't realize that was ebt.li our friend Viterbo mentions that URL here - yes, it's one of the active mirror url's (the shortest one?).

I got this note with a "5" scribbled on it today in my change. Funny enough, the number scribbled on it is the same number of its face value.
Obtained at one of the Centras in Blarney, County Cork. BTW, if you are ever around this area, I highly recommend to visit Blarney Castle and Garden.
