Looking at the usernames, this user uses (a lot of "use" after each other) two account for registrating boomeranghits. This isn't cheating, but it's also not according the rules.

It's very nice, there's an article about the Euro (in this case about counterfeit money), but it's too bad the serial is visible in total.

So could you put it in the list of "Public serials", so if someone enters the note it will be moderated automatically?
