another one with scribbling on both face and reverse, this time quite heavy scribbling with sort of a signature on the face side...no hit though

This is my mark. Almost all of my notes are marked this way. A few of them, mostly my first notes, are free of it.
So if you happen to get a note with it, you know you have a winning ticket!
Weird, this looks a lot like my mark, and in the same location on the bill. But the linked hit is with french user j3paris.
I surmise Moise made a mistake and pasted the url of another hit instead of the correct one which has a date that fit the original post.
