Ok... the man was already drunk in the party. So drunk that he threw up, and had to leave early. When throwing up he got rid of the poison.

As you have guessed this one, here goes a new riddle:
Intriguing Riddle #3:
An old woman, who didn't have telephone at home, had to use a nearby payphone whenever she needed to make phone calls. Then, one day, the payphone went out of order. She wrote several letters to the company, who did nothing to repair the phone.
Finally, she called the company (on another phone), providing them with a false information, which made them repair the phone by that very evening. What was that false information?

I don't get the solution of the man that survived the poisoning.
Did he drink that slowly that he only drank one glass, not enough to kill him?
Other riddle:
A man walks in the forest where there are two tribes.
One tribe allways lies and are canibals.
The other tribe never lies and gives their guests a nice meal.
Of course he wants to go to the second tribe.
At a t-section of the road he finds a tribemember, but doesn't know what tribe he is from.
What question does he have to ask to make sure he doesn't get eaten?
Did he drink that slowly that he only drank one glass, not enough to kill him?

The poison was in ice cubes. The first man drank some punch before the ice had melted.hafla wrote:I don't get the solution of the man that survived the poisoning.

"If you were a canibal and I asked you where are the canibals, which way would you point me?"
Then follow the other path.
Then follow the other path.

It is correct, hafla:
Let's pretend the path to canibal tribe is A and the path to the gentle tribe is B.
A canibal would lie and say path B leads to the canibal tribe, a gentle would say A.
If you ask a canibal what a second canibal woud say, the first would say A (which a lie, as a canibal would say B as we have seen).
If you ask a gentle what a second gentle would say, the first would say A.
So you follow the other path, B.
