Re: Stamped notes
I found that story sketchy at least. I don't think the person had any problems exchanging that banknote in Thailand. They're either misconstruing a memory, or plainly lying for the purpose of storytelling.Montgomery Burns wrote: ↑Thu Jul 31, 2025 7:22 pm Funny how that Australian person had problems exchanging that bill.. in Thailand! That's truly going full circle, or something.

Re: Stamped notes
Another banknote stamped by T.T. Currency Exchange at Pattaya, Thailand with their T.T. stamp that looks like a Lorraine cross. Muppetshow had already found a "J95"; this time, MARIUS-FFB found another one, but with a weirdly wiggly number.
I am adding it to my list.

YES!JordiJanTaxi wrote: ↑Tue Sep 09, 2025 9:05 pmKeep this banknote to sell it there in exchange for Baht.
Would be cool if it appeared later with two "☨" stamps,
(And thanks, kt3f, I just added your J99 to the list; it's the highest J so far, I wonder if the highest possible too.)
