Both users are from the same German city, maybe the first user found the note some days ago (i.e. during his/her holidays) and entered it only yesterday, then he/she spent it in his/her hometown and the second user found it right a few hours later............. maybe.

It's possible..... maybe not probable but possible.

On 2008-02-19 user rendell found a quarter of a whole stack of notes I had entered earlier - from a location I had not delivered them to but it is possible he actually had that quarter of a stack of notes - or even the whole stack - then.

I have entered 71716 notes to EBT and I have 14 hits with rendell from those other 71616 notes, but these 71 are from those 100 notes. I have had to ask these to be moderated one by one but now I ask that first of all http://www.eurobilltracker.com/notes/?id=41196849 will be moderated and then rendell's other enterings should also be checked. At least there is one mentioning of two hits in series in this thread earlier.

Since the duration of this hit is 0, the "auto moderation"-routine has done this already.

Well, most probably it's a friendly hit. But, although the second one is an almost inactive user, s/he got registered on December 4, 2006.
It is not possible to have a hit (today at 13.48) before being registered.
