I'm sorry BaliBennie, I didn't mean to offend, and I wasn't implying you're a cheater.
Since you say that you have been to 99% of the places where you enter your notes I don't think you are a "cheater". I'm sure you know there are people who get notes sent to them by friends/ relations in other cities or countries and enter them as if they were there. I thought this was the case with you, but I know this is not true now. If I ever get notes in this way I log them as the place I received the notes in.
It's also no big deal - some people consider it cheating, and some not. I don't really mind what people do - it's certainly not as serious as entering fake serial numbers.
