Sorry to disappoint you, but it's likely not NIFC - official Irish mintage reports post-2016 are extremely unreliable, and no mintages are given at all for Irish coins post-2021
On the ECDS mintage lists, we instead list how common these coins are found by our Irish users - Ireland 10c 2020 is marked as 'Common - found in circulation numerous times in Ireland'.
