What about the location database? I'd say that's a fourth major field.
I agree with klapotec, there's work to do with locations. Should there be a sub-workgroup dealing with that, I'd be highly interested.
Anyway - and provided I can be of any help - count me in :)

Well, if that's the case, count me in for the Technical maintenance group!

By the way...

Please be sure that the good will that existed before the creation of the Association will be continued ! The association simply creates a framework in which "good will" is used. EBT worked fine before, it will work fine in the future !

Do I need to become a member of the Association to be able to join a working group?

Yes.

I believe it's the idea of an association.

Yes.

I believe it's the idea of an association.
The idea was to "store" all the intellectual properties in one association.

Well, I just wanted to offer some volunteer work, but probably there's no need to get some aid of non-members.

At least, it's my point of view.

My statement is a personal viewpoint. This point can be discussed by the Board.

come on, buddy! we speak about 10 euro for membership for the whole year. i am sure, that everyone appreciates your offer of some voluntary engagement as you probably did before. i am sure that no one wants to offend you, imho to be a member and to engage in our project is closely connected. membership is not necessary but somehow logical.

Yes.

I believe it's the idea of an association.
Are there any arguments why it should be this way?
I think as long as there is no good reason against it we should try to give everyone the chance to stay using ebt as until now (a good reason for example would be that we need more money, so more member would be good). For example if some of the workgroups are going to adopt tasks which have been done by some users until now (as it might be in Säbbs case, who has been active in contacting media as far as i know) these others should get the chance to continue their work, even if they don't want to become members of the association. At the moment I can't see any reason why we should refuse the offer of voluntary work.

I simply mentionned the way I consider an non-profit association.

again, this is my personal viewpoint and it should not be considered as a reflect of the position of the Board, as it has not yet been discussed.
