at first Latvian starter kits will be available for purchase on 11. december at banks and post offices, but I do not think they will be available to purchase remotely via post.

My idea to get the kit - look at the ebay at middle december.

Thanks for the answer. Would you be so kind to tell me also how i can buy the 8 Latvia Euro Coins in the official release 2014 of the national bank ? I'm an € coins collector from Italy. Do You think that , when they will be available (the official releases) in Jenuary or February , i will be able to buy them online on http://www.bank.lv or other latvian sites that you may know ? Thanks a lot , and again welcome
