If I track banknotes from an ATM in Quai des Charbonnages and from another ATM in rue Marie-Christine, what are the correct zip codes 1000 Bruxelles or 1020 Laeken

The most easier to find the right city, mico : Google Maps ! You only type the street's denomination (+ the country for you), WITHOUT typing the city's name and GM will show you the different solutions (= each city with the street's denomination typed). Other thing : if you really go to these streets, search the street plate : the city's name is also written.

Google Maps probably is the best answer. I can type 1070, Bruxelles and I obtain a map where the 1070 area has shown in a red color

I've seen Brussel region is divided into 4 dots

according to me, it is easy to track from north east and south east dots
for the north west dot, I think (and hope) to track from an ATM close to Tomberg subway station
for the south west dot, I'll try to find an ATM close to Montgomery subway station

If you switch east and west, it seems a good plan.

There is a Belfius ( ) and BNP-Paribas ATM right next to Tomberg and a BNP-Paribas ATM near Montgomery.

In Belfius ATM's, for having - - you must only use "great size" DIEBOLD ATM's (for cash deposits and withdrawals). ATTN ! It's impossible to have the three values at once : one operation for + - a 2nd one for + (two different parts into the ATM).

And Belfius ATMs only dispense 5 notes at a time. Still, it is a good place to get . KBC sometimes also has and gives more notes at once.

For non-clients of the following banks - per each withdrawal :

Belfius : 5x
KBC / CBC : 35x
BNP Paribas Fortis : 99x
BPost : 40x
ING : not available for non-clients

And note that relatively few BNP Paribas Fortis banks have the right type of ATM that provide up to 99 :note-5:s in one go: you have to look for Wincor-Nixdorf machines (on top of them you'll see a sign indicating that "5, 10, 20, 50, 100" are available); most other ATMs are Diebold machines that will only get you :note-10:s, :note-20:s, :note-50:s and sometimes :note-100:s.

The ATM that is the closest to the National Bank is at De Brouckère, Boulevard Anspach 3 / Anspachlaan 3, B-1000 Brussels.

How is the situation in Antwerpen? Is there a BNP ATM that gives 99x ? I can just rely on the NBB to get the Brussels dot since I'm just having my normal bank card and am charged for each withdrawl at ATMs not belonging to that bank......

Btw: Is there any further information about the restaurants?

^^ Yes, there is one at the following address: Amerikalei 164, B-2000 Antwerpen (I've never withdrawn any bills there, but we know there's such a 'miraculous' ATM there).
