Wow, that is A LOT of work!! Average of all the Top-20 countries should be enough, I guess. And, in fact, now that I think of it, isn't that what you've done?
Just calculated the average of all countries, i.e. total number of users divided by number of countries, and the same for the relative figures. Was done in a minute, for all data is already in a spreadsheet, the computer does the work for me, if I insert the right data!!
I wouldn't imagine it otherwise, but does your worksheet really have the population of all 94 countries where there are ET members, including Costa Rica, Zambia and others with just 1 (possibly inactive) member? And does it also include countries like China (or even the United States) whose relative number of users/population is negligibly low?
Souldn't an average of all Eurozone countries be more relevant instead (even more, for the matter, than the average of the Top-20 I mentioned)?
The spreadsheet indeed includes all population-figures of all countries with EBT-members! Even Costa Rica and China... It could be more relevant to include only the euro-countries for calculating the averages, but the figures that are shown now are far more correct in the complete picture. Maybe I should add another figure, which displays the averages of the euro-countries only, I will consider that for the next update!
Thanks for your comments!
Includes new user-boom of the Netherlands, and first day of Spain-boom. As you can see on page one, in the absolute top-20 Spain leaves behind Austria, and in the relative top-20, Spain now is too strong for Italy!
Ehm.. I think something is incorrect.
The following statistics for Poland mean that there are 435,185 inhabitants of Poland. To my knowledge there are 38,6 Polish living in Poland.
January 31, a new update. A lot of fluctuations in the relative top 20 this time, including a new number one! Look at the list in the first post of this topic!
A new update on page 1! Including the good job of Greece to beat the USA, and the rise of Slovenia, a newcomer in the list (#20 absolute, #19 relative!)
